Embrace, Empower & Experience
If you are here, you are curious about how you can Own Your Birth. But first let me tell you about my journey and what led me to start a Maternal Support practice.
My interest in helping mothers began after the birth of my daughter Lucia in 2013. I suffered in the closet with postpartum depression. I didn’t understand what I was going through and was lost as a new parent. I desperately wanted more information. I knew that I wanted to share my story and use my experience to help others going through a similar journey.
On my path to self-healing, I found yoga and began a dedicated practice that helped me clear my mind and regain my confidence. I decided to become certified as a Yoga Instructor (RYT) in Hatha/Vinyasa/Prenatal with the Yoga Alliance. That is when my life changed and I envisioned my path. I would combine yoga, self-care and pre/post-natal education as a way to help others transition into parenthood. I made it my goal to use my experience as a driver to help you own yours.
I live in Toronto, with my daughter and husband. I embrace parenthood, and I’m a badass mother.
