Birth Support - Packages
Embrace Doula Services Package
- Initial consultation
- 2 prenatal visits in your home (Approx. 2 hrs. each)
- 24 hour on-call support for the 3 weeks before your due date and 2 weeks after (Unlimited phone, email, Skype/Zoom support during this time.)
- Day-of labor support
- 1 home-visit after your baby is born
Fee: $979 +HST
Empower Doula Services Package
- All services in the Basic Doula Services Package
- Library of books and videos for your use.
- Help in preparing and honouring your birth plan (keepsake included)
- One 60-minute Reiki Healing Session with The Healing Project
- Nutrition services, curated meal plans and DIY recipes.
$1279 +HST
Experience Doula Services Package
- All services in the Basic Doula Services Package
- One 60-minute Reiki Healing Sessions with The Healing Project to promote relaxation and stress reduction.
- Build Your Nest private workshop. Includes Postpartum workbook and 1:1 support to assist you in transitioning into motherhood. Workshop is provided online or in-home per request.

Postpartum Support
Enjoy the comfort of your postpartum doula supporting you in your home immediately after your baby has arrived.
The services will be tailored to your specific needs but can include:
- Breastfeeding support and education
- New baby care/ self-care
- Sibling care
- Parenting tips and referrals
- Grocery shopping, organic food drops and healthy meal preparation
- Emotional support
- Housework assistance
- Access to housekeeper
- Other support services
(individual visits can also be accommodated at $35/hr.)
Additional Support
- 60-Minute Reiki Treatment in home – $130 (Additional packages available).
- 60-Minute Prenatal Yoga Class – $60
Postpartum Workshop
Includes : the Build Your Nest workbook + foundations of Postpartum Living
